A specialist in licensing, partnership marketing, and strategic alliances, Stuart is an expert in analyzing, crafting and securing partners for clients such as The Weather Channel, MasterCard and Starwood Hotels. His extensive first-hand knowledge of the industry and skills as a negotiator were developed while managing the licensing for Yves Saint Laurent of America and at the DC Comic’s division of Warner Bros. He has helped many national companies and brands including Batman, Superman, Chef Boyardee, Warner Lambert, First USA and Kraft Foods reap the best possible return on their marketing investment. Stu is also a board member of the Licensing Industry Merchandisers Association (LIMA). Early in his career Stuart honed his analytical ability while working as a CPA at Arthur Andersen & Co. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Sherry has more than 18 years of experience in strategic consumer products licensing and new business development. She has worked closely with clients such as FTD, Royal Doulton, John Deere, and Hearst Magazine to develop and implement strategies for both licenisng out their brands as well as for new business development through the licensing in of strategic brands of properties. Sherry has extensive experience across product categories with both Corporate and Character Brand Licensing.
Sherry joined Disney Licensing in 1990 as part of the marketing and toy teams and remained at Disney for 10 years prior to her departure in 2000. At the time of her departure, she was Director of a $1.1 billion retail Gifts and Stationery business which included Disney's licensed seasonal and novelty food businesses. In this role, she led the development of merchandise lines for Disney's portfolio of brands and properties including Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, and Filmed Entertainment equities.
Sherry received her MBA in 1990 from The Yale School of Management. Prior to receiving her MBA, she worked at Goldman Sachs and graduated with honors from Harvard University. She lives with her husband and children in New York.
